ORIMAN recruits personnel and crew by recommendations from its dependable and loyal people. We make sure that the personnel serving you are from credible and reliable backgrounds.
Aside from our rigid crew selection process that demands good scholastic records, crewmembers are required to undergo basic training on International Standards of Quality and Safety. They are also provided rigid training on the features and pecularities of the vessel they are to board. In addition, they are required to attend in our Special Training Course that includes, among others: Stress and Anger Management,and Personal Effectiveness and Value Formation.
ORIMAN ensures that its crew line-up is well-qualified for onboard tasks. We constantly update our seafarers through continuous learning and education in various courses and training required by our Principals and government agencies.
Our In-House Training Department offers courses to enhance their skills and to keep them abreast in the current trends of the industry and to respond to the needs of the technology-driven Shipping Business.
